Custom CRM Perth

Custom CRM development in Perth, built around how your small business sells.

We are Enkindle Group, a Perth agency, and we build custom CRMs for small businesses: one place for every lead, every follow-up and every job in the pipeline, set up the way your team works. We built our own and run our outbound on it. You'll see what it can do below, and we can make yours do anything your business needs.
OUR OWN CRM

The CRM we built and run our own outbound on

Both founders log in to the same dashboard. Behind it, the system checks for replies, sends only the emails we approve and keeps a Google Sheet in sync as the fallback record.

That's what ours does, because that's how we sell. Yours can be built to do anything your business needs.

A custom CRM
fits your business, not the other way round.

Most small businesses run their leads out of an inbox, a spreadsheet and someone's memory, or pay for a big CRM and use a fraction of it. Either way, leads go quiet and follow-ups get missed.
A custom CRM is built for one business. It tracks the leads you actually get, moves them through the stages you actually use and automates the follow-ups your team keeps forgetting. We built our own to run Enkindle's outbound, and we build them for small businesses in Perth.
CUSTOM CRM SERVICES

Custom CRM development in Perth

Built around how your business sells. The scope is agreed before anything is built.

01

How you sell

We start with how leads reach you, who follows them up and what a won job looks like, then design the CRM around that.

02

Lead dashboard

One screen that shows every lead, the stage it's at and what needs doing today, for everyone on your team who needs it.

03

Pipeline stages

Stages named the way your business talks, from first enquiry to quote, job and won, with every change logged.

04

Follow-up automation

Reminders, follow-up emails and reply checks that run on their own, so nothing depends on someone remembering.

05

Connections

We scope what the CRM connects to, such as your inbox, website forms and spreadsheets, before we build it.

06

Reporting

A regular report on where every lead is up to, set up to land when and where you want it.

What runs behind our dashboard

The dashboard is the part we look at. Behind it, the CRM does the jobs nobody wants to remember to do.
THE RECORD

Synced with a Google Sheet

Every lead, email and change is mirrored to a Google Sheet that stays as the fallback record, so the data always has a second home.

THE RULES

Only approved emails send

Nothing goes out until one of us approves it. A reply, a bounce or an opt-out stops the sequence, and clients and live quotes sit on an excluded list so they're never cold emailed.

THE LEARNING

A test running on every email

Each email in the sequence runs a rolling A/B test. When one version wins, it becomes the standard and the next test starts. A pipeline report comes through every week.

Custom CRM or off the shelf?

Off-the-shelf CRMs like HubSpot and Pipedrive suit plenty of businesses. They're built for every business at once, so your process bends to fit their layout.
A custom CRM makes sense when your process doesn't fit, when you'd only use a fraction of a big platform, or when you want it to do something specific to your business.

If an off-the-shelf CRM suits you better, we can set up the one you already use. Pair either with B2B lead generation and every cold email reply lands in your CRM. Add marketing automation and the follow-ups run on their own.

Your CRM, built to do whatever you need

Ours does what it does because that's how we sell. Yours is built around how your business sells: the stages your leads move through, the details your team needs on screen and the jobs you want taken off their plate. If you can describe it, we can build it.
OWNERSHIP

Set up in your name

Your CRM is set up in your name and stays yours if you leave, along with the data in it.

CONNECTIONS

We scope what it connects to

Your inbox, website forms, spreadsheets or the other tools you run on: we map what the CRM needs to work with before we build it.

PRICING

What a custom CRM costs

Custom CRMs are quote only, because no two are built the same. Tell us what you need and we'll scope it and come back with a quote.

QUOTE ONLY

Scoped, then quoted

We map out what the CRM needs to do, then give you a written quote before any building starts.

WHAT SETS THE PRICE

What it tracks, connects to and automates

The number of stages and screens, the tools it works with and how much of the follow-up it takes off your hands.

BUILT TO FIT

Only what you'll use

You pay for the CRM your business needs, not a platform full of features you'll never touch.

Does a small business need a CRM?

If leads come in from more than one place and follow-ups depend on someone remembering, yes. Quotes go out and never get chased, enquiries sit in an inbox, and nobody can see what's in the pipeline.
Tradies, clinics, service businesses and B2B companies all hit the same wall. A CRM built for your business fixes it with one place for every lead and what happens next.

How to choose a custom CRM
developer

Whoever you talk to, including us, these questions sort out most of the differences:
Who owns the CRM and the data in it if you stop working together?
Has the developer built and run a CRM of their own?
What will it connect to, and who looks after those connections?
Can your team see and change what it does, or is it a black box?
What happens when your process changes?
Is the price written down before any building starts?
founder-led
Less handover.
Less disconnect.
More aligned growth.

Questions

Your custom CRM questions, answered directly

What is a custom CRM?+
A custom CRM is a customer relationship management system built for one business, around how that business finds, follows up and wins work. Instead of fitting your process to someone else's software, the stages, screens, automations and reports match how your team already sells. Ours tracks every lead, email and reply for both founders and runs our cold email outreach.
Is a custom CRM better than HubSpot or Pipedrive for a small business?+
It depends on how you sell. HubSpot and Pipedrive suit plenty of businesses, and if you already use one, we can set it up for you. A custom CRM makes sense when your process doesn't fit their layout, when you'd only use a fraction of a big platform, or when you want it to do something specific to your business.
How much does a custom CRM cost?+
Every custom CRM we build is quote only. The price depends on what it needs to track, what it connects to and how much it automates, so we scope it with you first and give you a written quote before any building starts. Tell us what you need through the form on this page and we'll come back with a quote.
Who owns the CRM and the data in it?+
You do. Your CRM is set up in your name and stays yours if you leave, along with the data in it. Ours keeps a Google Sheet underneath as the fallback record, so the data is never locked inside one app, and yours can be built the same way.
Can a custom CRM connect to my email, website forms or accounting software?+
We scope what it connects to before we build. Ours works with Gmail, reading replies and sending the emails we approve, and keeps a Google Sheet in sync. For your business, tell us which tools you run on, such as your inbox, your website forms or your accounting software, and we'll scope how the CRM works with them.
Can a custom CRM automate my follow-ups?+
Yes. Ours checks for replies, stops a sequence the moment someone answers, bounces or opts out, sends only the emails one of us has approved and runs a rolling A/B test on every email. Yours can be built to remind your team, send follow-ups on time or take on whatever else your business needs.
Is a custom CRM worth it for a small business or a tradie?+
It is when leads come from more than one place and follow-ups slip through the cracks. A tradie with quotes going out, a clinic with enquiries from forms and calls, or a B2B business running outreach all need the same thing: one place that shows every lead and what happens next, without paying for features they'll never use.
How is a custom CRM different from Enkindle's B2B lead generation service?+
B2B lead generation is our cold email service: we find businesses that fit, email them and track every reply in a CRM. A custom CRM is the system itself, built for your business to run its own leads, follow-ups and pipeline. You can have one without the other, or both together.
