Can I start with one service, or do I need the full mix?+
We built Solutions so each channel, from web design through to SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, email and SMS, can be taken on its own or combined into a wider system. Many of our clients start with one channel and add others once that foundation is working, rather than committing to everything at once. We agree scope at the outset and can shift it as your needs change.
How do you decide which channels are right for my business?+
We start with what you are trying to achieve and where your audience actually spends time, not a fixed package we apply to every client. Some businesses need paid search or paid social to generate demand quickly, others need SEO and content to build a more durable organic presence, and most need some blend of both. We work that mix through with you directly before any work begins.
Do SEO and paid ads work together, or should I pick one?+
We plan them as part of the same growth system rather than running them in isolation. SEO builds your organic visibility over time while Google Ads and Meta Ads generate demand in the meantime, and the two can share audience and keyword insight instead of duplicating effort. You can still run one without the other; it comes down to timeline and budget.
What's the difference between Solutions and the Growth Partner model?+
Solutions is our model for businesses building strategic support across the channels they choose, while Growth Partner is our more embedded, ongoing model for businesses ready for fuller involvement from us across the marketing function. It isn't a rigid tier system, and you can move between the two as your needs grow. Which one fits depends on how much day-to-day involvement you want from us.
Who actually does the strategy and delivery work?+
We do. Every channel is handled directly by the Enkindle team, with our founders across the strategy, rather than passed down through layers of account management. That keeps your channel mix coherent, since the same team is across strategy on every service rather than separate specialists working in isolation. It also means we can make decisions about scope or direction quickly, without waiting on a chain of approvals.
How is scope worked out when I want more than one service?+
We set scope around the channels you choose and what each one needs to do for your business, then we agree it with you directly before work starts. Because you can add or adjust channels as the relationship develops, we treat scope as something to revisit rather than fix permanently at the outset.
