Cold email outreach, CRM and systems. The scope is agreed before anything is built.
We start by working out which businesses, and which roles inside them, are worth emailing, with your input on who your best customers are. The list is built around likely buyers, not volume.
We build the list: businesses that fit, each with a named contact and an address they publish for work. Any leads you already want contacted go in too.
A short sequence written for each business, with the first email quoting something specific from its own website. You approve the emails before anything sends.
Separate sending domains and mailboxes, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, and a warm-up period before a campaign sends at volume, all set up in your name.
We set up the CRM you already use or build one around how you sell, so every prospect, email and reply sits in one place your team actually uses.
Reply checks, follow-up timing and optional reminders in the CRM, plus a report every 4 weeks, so nothing depends on someone remembering to look.
The emails are plain text with no links and no tracking pixels. That helps them land in the inbox, and it means we judge every email on replies rather than opens.
Every email in the sequence carries a running test: one change, tried against the current best version. When one version clearly draws more replies, it becomes the new standard and the next test starts. Your existing clients and anyone you are currently quoting are kept off the list.
Businesses that never reply aren't emailed again by default. After 60 days we look at them again from scratch, with fresh findings from their site, before deciding whether a second sequence is worth sending.
For your business, that means setting up the CRM you already use or building one that fits how you sell, whichever suits. Replies are passed to you to pick up, and the CRM can remind your team to follow up if you want it to. The aim is a system your team keeps using after the first month.
In Australia, commercial email is covered by the Spam Act 2003. Each message has to identify the business that authorised it, include its contact details and give a working way to unsubscribe, and an unsubscribe request has to be honoured within 5 working days. Lists built with address-harvesting software are banned.
You also need consent. For B2B email that is usually inferred consent: the person has published their work address conspicuously, the email is relevant to their role, and the publication doesn't say they don't want marketing. The ACMA treats inferred consent as less reliable than express consent, so lists should stick to published business addresses and the roles the email is relevant to. This is general information, not legal advice.
Most B2B lead generation agencies in Australia don't publish a price. Of the eight Australian agency pages we read in October 2026, one showed a number. We'd rather you can rule us in or out before a call.
Retainers are rolling, with no lock-in and 30 days' notice.
How our billing worksSetting up the domains, mailboxes, warm-up and CRM is a one-off setup fee on top, quoted before you start.
Sending software, mailboxes, domains and contact data are billed at cost.
B2B lead generation is handled by the founders, not passed through layers of account management.
Why businesses work with us
You deal with the two founders doing the work, not an account manager.
Search, ads, email and the website are planned together, so they support each other instead of competing.
Your sending domains, mailboxes and CRM stay in your name, and so do your ad and analytics accounts.
Retainers roll on with no lock-in contract. You stay because it's working.
If cold email isn't right for your market, we'll tell you before you spend on it.
We run this same outreach to find new business for Enkindle every week, so the advice comes from using it.
What working with us on B2B lead generation looks like, step by step.
Who you sell to, what a good customer is worth to you, and whether cold email suits your market.
Domains, mailboxes and authentication set up in your name, then warmed up. The first emails usually go out 2 to 3 weeks after we start.
We build the first list with your input and write the sequences, and you approve them before anything goes out.
Emails go out on a schedule, replies come straight to you, the tests keep improving each email, and you get a report every 4 weeks.
