Great Southern Pool Service: the whole pool range, on a site they own

Great Southern Pool Service is a family owned fibreglass pool dealer in Narrogin, installing three pool brands across the Great Southern, Wheatbelt and Goldfields. Their website had been set up for them years earlier and had fallen behind. We made a brand kit, wrote the copy and built a new site in Webflow. It went live in February 2025.

The situation

The old site was not theirs to run. The pool manufacturer had set it up and hosted it, on a version of WordPress released in 2021 and a layout that was not built for phones. Its own description said "over 40 pool models". The owner put it plainly when we first spoke: the website and social media needed a little bit of TLC.
The goal was just as plain. More sales leads, by getting the name out to more people across a very large patch of regional WA.
The manufacturer introduced us and was happy for the dealer to have a brand new site on any platform, as long as the details of its patented products and warranties stayed accurate.

What they asked for

Our first version was too tidy. We had gone for a decluttered look with less on the page, and the owner and his daughter came back with a clear list. Pool buyers want to see every pool and every colour, so the range became the centre of the site.
What they asked for
What it became
The full range across all three brands
Four range pages by size, each pool with a photo, its brand and its dimensions, and a size selector on every page.
A colour chart
A pool colours page showing all 22 finishes in their three ranges.
The warranty stated properly
A warranty page written from the manufacturer's own information and checked against it.
A home page that moves through photos
A hero slideshow that cycles through finished pools, with the finance flyer one click away.
The pool planner kept
The interactive planner on its own page in the main menu, so a buyer can place a pool on their own block.
Sizes buyers can see at a glance
Dimensions in every pool name.
A quote form that suits how they sell
One quote request form asking for the town, the kind of job and how they would like to be contacted.

What we built

The project started with a brand kit, which set the colours and type the site was then designed from. We wrote all of the page copy next and the owners checked it for accuracy. Then came the Webflow build: ten pages covering the home page, four pool range pages, colours, landscaping, the pool planner, warranty and the quote request.

At launch we pointed seven old page addresses at their new equivalents so nothing that was already linked or bookmarked broke. The site sits in the client's own Webflow account, with a video guide on how to update it.
It has kept growing since. In April 2026 they asked for the range to be brought up to date, and we rebuilt the range pages to take it: 23 pool models added, the pool cards and the menu rebuilt, and the phone layout redone.
From over 40 to 91
The old site described its range as over 40 models. The new one launched with 69 and carries 91 today, every one with its size in the name.

Nobody picks a pool from a tidy page. They want to see every one of them.

How it ran

Three parties had a say: the dealer, the manufacturer whose pools they sell, and us. The brand kit came first, then the words, then the site.

We have not run search or advertising for Great Southern Pool Service, so there are no traffic or enquiry figures on this page.

What made it work

Listening when the first version was wrong. A cleaner page looked better to us and worse to the people who sell pools every day. They were right, and the site is better for carrying the whole range.
Getting the manufacturer on side early. Their rules about product and warranty wording were agreed before a page was written, so nothing had to be pulled later.
Building it to keep growing. The range changes every year. The pages were built so more pools can be added without rebuilding the site, and the client owns it either way.
